Xaijua "remnants" decided to meet since i'm back in civ.
Too bad loisee can't come. She got busy doing some big sister-ly role.
Twas a quick meet, but all's worth it.
Funny thought though, looking at us four. We felt that we never seemed to age.
We're still our good old fabulousselves, way back college. It's a narcissistic issue altogether. But what can we say? We're this youthful because we just so love our own skins, right girls?
I had fun! Can't wait for our October Sleepover. yipeeeeee:)

if hadn't paid my girls a visit.
i super duper miss them. and getting updates through phone calls, sms's and emails aren't enough. nothing beats unlimited chisms with them.. live and in the flesh.
i just hope this won't be the last time i'd see tans. awwww.
she's gonna leave for the states next month. and i'm soo gonna miss my first friend:(

drove around UPD for a while. awww, i miss school. dropped by the college for a simple task. then headed to DFA for my passport errand, met with pie for lunch. tough luck, rica wasn't able to join in. :(
saturday: is the official xaijua day!
9am at kopiroti. and i came in late. sorry. then headed for eastwood and stayed there till 5ish. long hours of chismisan and updates galore. but yeah, i admit twas still a bit bitin.. awww. you could never have enough time with your girls. i just miss them so much.

We were tasked to facilitate a week-long training in West Samar.
Ricajoy was tapped for the second time, and handled the topic on Creative Activities.
Twas my first take to actually discuss and train a big crowd.
Well, yeah, i'm used to handling orientations and stuff... but discussing the nitty gritty with the participants was nerve-wracking. Thank God they were able to grasp the whole concept.
Kudos to ricajoy! Twas a superb tandem. haha.
"Magkapatid ba kayo?" well, i guess i'd have to rub that in.
Mishu ricajoy. May you fulfill your life goals.

boatride. beach trip. trekking on rocky shores. posing amidst the pacific waves.
jump shots. videoke conciertos. instant performances. food trip. loving the fresh goodies. countless photo ops. anywhere and everywhere. sulking under the sun. getting burnt (well, that was me actually). bonding on hours end.
we were out the whole day. exploring for more than ten hours. but we didn't feel that tired. i guess the blissful adventure was truly something. this is just one of the fab places here at faraway land.
untouched nature. endless stretch of white beaches. warm and accommodating locals. whiff of fresh air. sumptuous delights. the simple life is better than you can ever think of.

after days and days of jam-packed tasks and hectic work hours, the ESPU team thought of taking them to an island adventure trip. why? coz their stay wouldn't be complete without it.

some useful facts: DIVINUBO, is an island barangay here in borongan, eastern samar. the eco-tour park is a community-based project which has been running for over a year now. well, we're just uber happy that even if this was supposed to be "leisure" trip.. we still went out of our way to help out in the community's economy. way to go sweeties!:D
there are more places to see. wondrous beauty. waiting to be discovered.

it was a new take on things. seeing new faces. sharing the passion we have for kids. willing to help out. culling out our experiences. and gaining much from them as well.

they need not tell me. but i'm sure that they were humbled by this experience.

i'm just grateful that my two xaijua sweeties grabbed the invitation to be tapped as facilitators to a training here in faraway land. well, i know that xaijua has a pool of really creative and superb girls, but these two were the ones who were more available so i suggested to get them as resource persons.
twas a good take. them seeing the realities of life here in the suburbs. how much aid we could give to make their lives a tad easier. at least, they could now understand me better when i share pieces of my life here. nothing beats first-hand experiences.
since we felt that we could never have this much time together. we maximized each day and grabbed the opportunity to have snaps of each other, every chance we get. what can i say, magsawa kayo! (it was only then i realized how "burnt" i was from that trip to dio. badtrip, mukha akong nognog sa tabi nila. haha. that's the superficial me talking. but oh well, all's good.)
i heart my sweeties. i hope they can come by as often.
and yeah, the rest of xaijua can come and visit me anytime.
